We are keen to ensure that our customers continue to be happy with the service we provide.
One of the main ways we monitor this is via our regular satisfaction surveys which focus on levels of satisfaction with both the Quality of Service and Value for Money.
A questionnaire was circulated during November to a large sample of customers who used our services during 2009. The response to which has, once again, been excellent.
Of those who responded:
- 97% rated the quality of the service they have recieved as being either Good or Excellent, and
- 90% felt that the service represented Good or Excellent value for money.
- 96% stated that they would recommend us to Family and Friends.
Given the difficult conditions during the year, both due to the weather and also financially, we are extremely please to recieve such a positive response.
