We are keen to ensure that our customers are very happy with the service they recieve from us.

One of the main ways we monitor this is via our regular satisfaction surveys which focus on levels of satisfaction with both the Quality of Service and Value for Money.

A questionnaire was recently circulated to a large sample of customers the response to which has been very good.

Of those who responded:

• 97% rated the quality of the service they have recieved as being either Good or Excellent, and
• 92% felt that the service represented Good or Excellent value for money.
