At Briary Garden Services we are very keen to ensure that our customers continue to be happy with the service we provide.
One of the main ways we monitor this is via our regular satisfaction surveys which focus on levels of satisfaction with both the Quality of Service and Value for Money on a scale of Excellent, Good, Average and Poor.
A summary of the feedback from our most recent survey is set out below:
Of those who responded:
97% rated the Quality of the Service they had received as being either Good or Excellent and
94% felt that the service represented Good or Excellent Value for Money.
